By browsing this website or shopping online, you have accepted these terms and conditions, please read them carefully.   How to complete an online order

  You must register with us before using the Services or making an order. Once you register, you declare that

  When you place an order, the product price will be as shown on the day of order.
  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  (2) Unable to arrange delivery for your area;

  When some products in an order are out of stock, the remaining ordered products will still be sent out as usual. The out-of-stock products will be returned to the user within 14 working days after payment has been made.
  Once an order is confirmed, you cannot change the order content, including size, color, quantity, product, shipping address, payment method, paid amount, nor can you cancel the order.
  4. Payment This website accepts all major online payment methods for payment procedures (such as: VISA, MASTERCARD, Alipay (Hong Kong), WeChat Pay, PayMe, Octopus Wallet)
  When you complete input of order information and confirm payment, this website will automatically be redirected to the payment platform, and the company will not record your personal information on the payment platform. The order will be posted only after it is successfully accepted.   If we cancel the order for any reason and you have already made payment, we will refund the equivalent amount. The company reserves the right to change the payment methods for online shopping at any time without prior notice.
   
  Delivery and freight
   
   
  For products that are in stock, the products will generally be delivered directly to the address provided by the user after the user completes the shopping and payment process.
  If the following conditions occur, the goods may not be delivered to the user as scheduled:
  (1) The user is unable to receive the goods or receive the goods within the specified time due to personal reasons;
  (2) Affected by statutory holidays, natural disasters, transportation or weather;

  We will only ship to Hong Kong and do not accept post office boxes as delivery addresses.
  We will not be held responsible if the product cannot be delivered due to the user's negligence or error, such as incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or due to the regulations of the delivery area or location. In addition, if we need to ship the product to the correct address corrected by the user, the user must bear the freight for reshipment/reshipment.

  Hong Kong local delivery and free delivery service

  Delivery services are provided including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

  Free shipping is available for orders over HK$299. Otherwise, the system will automatically calculate the required shipping fee of HK$80 when ordering.

  *Free delivery to remote areas:

  Discovery Bay Over $800;

  Park Island/Ma Wan $500;

  Tung Chung Over $500;

  Shek O/Stanley Spend $500 or more.

  Note: Free shipping is only available on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.

  There is no free shipping service overseas and outlying islands, and shipping costs will be quoted separately based on the weight of the goods and location. Delivery for Hong Kong orders takes approximately 2 to 3 working days.

  Dispatch service does not apply to outlying islands, nor to delivery locations in areas that are not directly accessible by our vehicles or to floors that are not directly accessible by lifts.

  (Note: Shipping date may be affected by traffic, weather, etc.).

   

   

  Self-pickup method at SF Express Station/SF Service Center:

   

  If you choose to pick it up at an SF Express station/SF Service Center, your goods will generally arrive in 3-5 working days. After the product arrives at the self-pickup point, SF Express will send you a "Pickup Notification" message. The specific time will be subject to the SMS. For detailed fees and additional fees, please refer to https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/price, and the final quotation from SF Express shall prevail.

   

   

  QX Mall store self-pickup method
  After we confirm your order and payment, a dedicated person will call to inform you of the exact pick-up time. Please pick up the goods during store business hours within 3 days after receiving the notification.

  Macau and overseas ordering:

  All prices are in Hong Kong dollars. Free shipping service is not available to overseas buyers outside Hong Kong. Use express and shipping. The fee will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the cargo. The online system will automatically calculate the shipping costs required in Hong Kong (Note: Overseas shipping costs do not include sales tax, import taxes from other countries, and any other taxes.)

   

  Special circumstances (typhoon/bad weather delivery arrangements)

  If a typhoon or severe weather is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, the delivery service will be terminated on the same day. We will arrange delivery for you as soon as possible on the next working day. If the current situation does not allow for same-day delivery, the new delivery time will be notified separately through "Messages".

  Returns and exchanges service

   

   

  If you find that the product has the following conditions after receiving it, you can request a return or replacement of the product from us.

  However, all return or exchange requests must be made within seven days after receipt:

   

  (1) The product is damaged/the packaging is incomplete

  (2) The use period is less than two months (except for sale items with a special use period)

  (3) Missing or incorrectly delivered products

  You must provide proof of return and replacement products for verification, including:

  (1) Present valid documents/evidence to prove that the product in question was purchased at QXMall;

  (2) Take an image of the product in question and send it to us via email/instant messaging software as evidence.

   

  Returns will not be accepted if the following circumstances occur:

  (1) Products that have been delivered to users for more than seven days;

  (2) Products that have been unpacked or used;

  (3) Products with damaged or lost packaging boxes, bags, labels, accessories, warranties, certificates of identification or combined product contents;

  (4) Products that are damaged or contaminated due to careless users;

  (5) Gifts and discounted goods.

  Refunds will only be returned to the user's account used to pay for the item. Since the refund procedure involves the PayPal system and is limited by their settlement date and payment date, the actual completion time of the refund procedure will be based on the operating procedures of the relevant processing agency.

   

  7. Force majeure
